Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 July 2026
By creating an account and using Bimara, you agree to the following terms. Please read them — especially the payment and liability sections.
The service
Bimara is a collaborative wedding planning app for couples: checklist, budget, vendors, event rundown, savings, seserahan, uniforms, guest list, and RSVP. A public digital-invitation feature exists but is currently disabled by default. The service is provided "as-is" — we work to keep it reliable, but don't guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability.
Accounts & your responsibilities
A wedding workspace can be shared by at most two accounts (the owner and one invited partner). You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
Tiers & payment
Free accounts have quantitative limits on certain features (guest count, checklist items, budget items, vendors). Upgrading to a paid tier is a one-time payment per wedding via Midtrans, not a recurring subscription. This payment is non-refundable.
Your content
All wedding data, guest lists, and photos you upload remain yours. We only process them to run the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the service for unlawful purposes, upload content that infringes the law or others' rights, or attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
Ending your account
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account yourself from Settings — this is permanent and cannot be undone. We reserve the right to disable accounts found to be in violation of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bimara is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss caused by force majeure. We take reasonable measures to back up data, but recommend you keep a separate copy of any critical information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll announce material changes by email or in-app notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
